Meet the Owner

Hi, I'm Kenny Ruffa, founder and owner of Kenny Ruffa Construction. I have proudly served the Central Valley for over 20 years as a certified electrician to support my family. My wife, Cheyenne and I were married in 1996, and together we have raised our two beautiful daughters, Taylor and Kassydee.

In 2018, I became a licensed General Contractor (Lic # 1038640). Now, I use my experience and the relationships I have built with other accomplished trade workers over the years to turn my customer's dreams into reality. I take pride in what I do and work hard to provide quality service and impeccable results you won't find anywhere else.
