Meet the Owner

Hi, I'm Kenny Ruffa, owner of Kenny Ruffa Construction. I was born and raised in the small town of Porterville, CA. I've been a California-certified electrician, proudly working in Central Valley construction for over 20 years to support my family. My wife, Cheyenne and I were married in 1996, and together we have raised our two beautiful daughters, Taylor and Kassydee.

In 2018, I earned my General Contractors License (Lic # 1038640). I love what I do and firmly believe in using hard work to turn my customer's dreams into reality. I take pride in the relationships I have built with other accomplished trade workers throughout my years of experience in the field, and am excited to be able to use those relationships to build or remodel your dream home here in the Central Valley.
